Presentation guidelines

Oral presentation
You are encouraged to accompany your talk with a presentation in one of the following acceptable formats: PowerPoint, PDF, Prezi.
Audio-visual equipment available in all meeting rooms: computer (Windows based PC), LCD projector, screen and laser pointer. WiFi will be also available in all meeting rooms.
Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB storage device and load it to the computer provided by the organizer on the day of your session. Please note that your presentation will be deleted after your session ends.
If your presentation contains video and/or audio files make sure you have a copy stored separately from your presentation.
Our technical staff will assist you during your presentation.
Each session will be facilitated by a moderator who will help speakers to keep to the alloted time of 15 minutes per presentation.
Note that the sessions will be photographed for promotional purposes of the National and University Library in Zagreb.
Please make sure that your talk reflects the accepted abstract since both will be used in selection of papers to be published in the conference proceedings.

Poster presentation
The poster shall contain the names of all the authors (first author, presenting author (if not the first) and co-authors). A physical poster can have one presenting author and up to 3 co-authors (4 authors in total).
Physical posters will be displayed during the conference poster session and at the end of the conference the best poster will be selected.
The author should print the poster and bring it to the conference. The organiser does not print posters on behalf of presenters.
Poster size should be A0 (841 mm wide ×1189 mm high) in portrait orientation.
Your poster in digital format can be uploaded to the conference website after completion. In that case send it to the organizer as PDF file.

Virtual oral presentation
Microsoft Teams will be used for hosting all virtual events.
Please make sure your presentation lasts up to 15 minutes. The talk can be accompanied with the presentation shared online simultaneously with the audience.

Virtual poster presentations
Virtual poster presentations can be delivered in JPN/PNG files in HD resolution (1920×1080). During the conference posters will be displayed on TV screens in the main meeting room. After the conference your poster presentation will be uploaded on the conference website as open access item.
